A Green and Carbon-Zero Smart Factory
From the establishment of the factory, we have invested in R&D of core technologies and actively built a green, low-carbon intelligent factory. At present, our factory has equipped with solar, energy storage, microgrid system.We have achieved a photovoltaic installed capacity of 1.48MWp, an installed capacity of 1.38MWh of energy storage, and a total installation of 551kW EV charging points. The average annual power generation is more than 1.7 million kWh, reducing carbon emissions by more than 1,300 tons per year.
At the same time, it improves the refined management ability of energy conservation and carbon reduction by grasping real-time energy consumption of the factory through the integrated energy service platform and using big data to optimize strategies.
